Successful collaboration at the third partner meeting in Timisoara, Romania

The "Digital Soft Skills for Blended Learning" project, funded under the Erasmus+ program, continues to make significant strides in enhancing educational practices. The third transnational partner meeting, held on January 19th and 20th, 2023 in Timisoara, Romania, brought together enthusiastic educators and experts from 7 partner organizations across Europe.

Day one commenced with a warm welcome and practical information about the meeting's agenda, ensuring all participants were geared up for the productive sessions ahead. The morning session was dedicated to Result 1: "Discovering the Way," where partners engaged in dynamic discussions and fine-tuning of the final versions of the 12 soft skills. This inclusive process, led by Know and Can, paved the way for a comprehensive self-reflective online test, a vital tool for assessing one's proficiency in these crucial skills.

The afternoon was dedicated to Result 2: "Walking in the Pathway." Growth COOP took the lead in presenting the detailed result, which was met with enthusiasm from all partners. The development of draft versions of 12 video pills was a focal point, sparking constructive conversations on further enhancements. Practical workshops on micro-tasks associated with each skill provided hands-on experience and valuable insights.

Day two saw a continued spirit of collaboration. CPIP presented Result 3: "Skills Pathway," offering a comprehensive view and setting the stage for a structured work-plan. Discussions on planning, activities, and responsibilities were invigorating, reflecting the shared commitment to project success.

The morning also delved into preparations for the international training event scheduled for June 2023 in Sofia, Bulgaria. Partners from the 145th School, Know and Can, provided strategic insights into the planning, logistics, training program, and materials, ensuring a valuable learning experience for all participants.

The Timisoara meeting was a testament to the collaborative spirit and shared vision of the project partners. With renewed vigor, the consortium marches forward, dedicated to equipping educators with essential digital soft skills for the evolving landscape of blended learning.
