We all know how crucial soft skills are in everyday life. But how important are they for effective learning, especially in an online environment? What are the key soft skills that teachers need to have in order to organize the learning process in the best way and to cope with the challenges in education?

The "Digital Soft Skills for Blended Learning" project, funded under the Erasmus+ program, continues to make significant strides in enhancing educational practices. The third transnational partner meeting, held on January 19th and 20th, 2023 in Timisoara, Romania, brought together enthusiastic educators and experts from 7 partner organizations across Europe.

The picturesque city of Granada, Spain, played host to the second project partnership meeting for the S4B project, held on June 2 and 3, 2022. Thirteen dedicated attendees representing partner organizations from across Europe convened to advance the goals of the project.

In an effort to enhance the quality of education in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, the S4B Project recently conducted a series of National Focus Groups across four European countries – Bulgaria, Romania, Portugal, and Spain. The goal was to engage educators and educational experts in a collaborative discussion about the challenges and opportunities presented by remote and blended learning.

The S4B project, coordinated by the 145th School "Simeon Radev" embarked on its transformative journey just before the festive season, with its first partner meeting held on December 20th and 21st, 2021 in Sofia! In a dynamic blend of in-person and virtual participation, representatives from all partner institutions came together to lay the foundation for this ambitious endeavor.
